本部分规定了冷轧碳锰高强度钢板及钢带的术语和定义、分类和牌号表示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。本部分适用于制造汽车结构件用厚度为0.50 mm～3.00 mm的钢板及钢带(以下简称钢板及钢带)。

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and designation, order information, dimensions, shape, mass, technical requirements, test methods,inspection rules, packaging, marking and inspection certificate of the continuously cold rolled high strength carbon manganese steel sheet and strip, hereinafter referred to as steel sheet and strip. This document is applicable to the steel sheet and strip used for making automotive structural parts with the nominal thickness from 0.50 mm to 3.00 mm.
