本标准规定了鱼类罐头中金枪鱼品种鉴别方法。本标准适用于鱼类罐头中长鳍金枪鱼（Thunnus alalunga）、大目金枪鱼（Thunnus obesus）、青干金枪鱼(Thunnus tongoe)、鲣鱼（ Katsuwonus pelamis）、东方狐鲣（Sarda orientalis）、巴鲣（Euthynnus affinis）、圆舵鲣(Auxis rochei)、扁舵鲣(Auxis  thazard)金枪鱼类的定性鉴别。
