本标准规定了转基因植物品系的数字PCR定量检测方法。本标准适用于种子及物理加工种子样品中转基因玉米MON810品系、MON89034品系、MIR162品系,转基因大豆GTS-40-3-2品系,转基因水稻克螟稻品系,转基因棉花GHB119品系,转基因油菜RT73品系的数字PCR法定量检测。本方法的定量检测限为0.1%(质量分数)。

This standard specifies digital PCR quantitative detection methods for genetically modified plants. This standard is applicable to the quantitative detection of seed components of genetically modified corn event MON810, event MON89034,event MIR162 and genetically modified soybean event GTS 40-3-2,genetically modified rice event kemingdao, genetically modified cotton event GHB119, and genetically modified rapeseed event RT73 by digital PCR. The quantitative detection limit of this method is 0.1% (mass fraction).
