客户须知 NOTES FOR CLIENTS

1.Our services are subject to the terms and conditions described in the application form and laboratory test report.
本公司按照申请表及实验室测试报告中列明的条款及条件进行测试。

2.Applications received after 11:00 and 15:00 will be considered as submissions of the following half working day. Saturdays, Sundays
and public holidays are not working days.
上午11:00 及下午3:00 以后接受的申请，需从下半个工作日计算；星期六、星期日及公众假期为非工作日。

3.REGULAR SERVICE usually takes 7 working days after receipt of samples, subject to the tests required.
标准服务: 收到样品后7个工作日内完成。

4.EXPRESS SERVICE is available for certain tests and the results are usually available within 3-5 working days after receipt of samples, according to the tests required. There is an express surcharge of 100%.
加急服务: 适用于某些测试项目，收到样品后3-5个工作日内完成，并须加收100% 附加费。

5..When an application requires several test items, the test report will not be issued until all tests are completed. Upon request, the results of the completed tests will be given verbally.
若申请中包括有多个测试项目，测试报告必须在所有测试完成后方可发出，但可根据客户要求，将已完成的测试结果，以口头通知客户。

6.International facsimile, courier, cable and postage costs as incurred, are for the account of clients.
海外传真、速递、电话及邮寄等费用由客户承担。

7.Please pay cash or T/T to TECERT, prior to your tests start.
请在测试开始之前付现金至TECERT 深圳市特色检测技术有限公司 或将金额如数汇于TECERT深圳公司指定银行帐号。

8.There is a minimum charge of RMB 400 per report issued.
每份报告的最低收费额为人民币400元。

9.Tested samples if not destroyed, may be reclaimed after testing if indicated on the application form and will normally be retained a maximum period of 30 days.
如在申请表中注明，没损坏的样品在测试完毕后可归还客户，而通常样品的最长保存期为30天。

10.Conditions and testing fees are subject to change without prior notice.
测试条件及费用如有任何变动，恕不先行通知。
